Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you access or use attosell, including its card-scanning, pricing, inventory, quote, export, billing, and connected marketplace features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract, or use attosell with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.

attosell helps identify trading cards, enrich catalogue information, estimate market prices, prepare listing content, manage inventory, and connect to selected third-party services. Features may be added, changed, limited, or withdrawn as the service develops.

Card matches, condition assessments, prices, descriptions, and other generated or third-party information are estimates. You must review them before relying on them, exporting them, making an offer, or publishing a listing.

You remain responsible for every listing, offer, export, price, description, image, and marketplace action submitted through your account. Before publishing, you must check that the card identity, condition, price, postage, returns, business policies, and other listing details are accurate and lawful.

If you connect eBay or another third-party account, you authorise attosell to take only the actions you request within the permissions you grant. Your use of that service remains subject to its own terms, policies, fees, and enforcement decisions.

Some features are limited by scan allowances or require a paid subscription. Current plan details and prices are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled, and Stripe processes payments on our behalf.

You can manage or cancel a paid plan through the billing portal. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree that a billing error occurred. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You give attosell a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and carry out the actions you request.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that content and that its use through attosell will not infringe another person’s rights or break the law.

You must not misuse attosell. In particular, you must not:

• break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or facilitate fraud or deceptive listings;
• upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, harmful, or invasive of another person’s privacy;
• probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or attempt unauthorised access to the service or another account;
• use automation to scrape, resell, or extract the service or its data except through an interface we expressly provide; or
• misrepresent your identity, inventory, authority, card condition, or marketplace activity.

attosell and its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use the service only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these terms.

We aim to keep attosell available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, security events, supplier failures, marketplace changes, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability or results.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, investigate misuse, comply with law, address unpaid charges, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attosell is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data, or for decisions and losses arising from unreviewed card matches, price estimates, third-party data, marketplace actions, or third-party service failures. If you use attosell as a consumer, your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

You may stop using attosell at any time and can request account deletion, subject to records we must retain. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—will continue to apply.

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
